Effortless Meditation Courses

During the meditation practice, one experiences a deep state of peace and calm that heals the body, rejuvenates the mind, and stabilizes the emotions. Our Effortless Meditation is easily learned in a series of 7 meetings that take place over a two to three month period. The first meeting is an Introduction. Attending it does not obligate you to take the course! For those outside our region, phone appointments and instruction are available.
Meetings 2 through 5 are ideally held on four consequtive days. Meeting 6 follows in two weeks, and meeting 7 is scheduled a month later. Instruction is very thorough, and we specialize in helping you develop a working practice. We make an investment in your success with Effortless Meditation. All meetings are scheduled at the convenience of the people learning. Many people prefer to come to an Introductory class (see our Event Calendar for our schedule) although some want to jump right in and schedule the course because they know that they want the benefits that Effortless Meditation provides. In this case a brief introduction will be given the day of Private Instruction (Meeting #2 above).
